TechVash welcomes original contributions from technology writers, developers, researchers, security professionals, product specialists, and knowledgeable enthusiasts. We are interested in practical, well-researched articles that provide useful information, original insights, and clear explanations for our readers.
We welcome contributors with genuine knowledge or experience in the subjects they write about. This may include developers, AI practitioners, cybersecurity professionals, hardware enthusiasts, gaming specialists, researchers, and experienced technology writers.
You do not need an extensive publishing history to pitch TechVash. We care about the quality of your idea, the accuracy of your information, and the value your article can provide to readers.
Our primary coverage focuses on:
AI Tools — AI software, productivity tools, business applications, comparisons, tutorials, and practical use cases
Cybersecurity — Online security, privacy, security tools, threats, vulnerabilities, and practical protection
Gaming Gadgets — Gaming monitors, headsets, peripherals, GPUs, consoles, accessories, and other gaming hardware
We are particularly interested in articles that include original analysis, useful comparisons, practical experience, testing, or well-supported research.
To maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our content, we do not accept:
Promotional content disguised as independent editorial content
Unverified claims or unsupported technical information
Rewritten press releases or copied content
Content that has already been published elsewhere
AI-generated articles submitted without meaningful human review, fact-checking, and editing
Articles created primarily to manipulate search rankings or promote unrelated links
Content containing misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive product claims
Commercial relationships or product samples, where applicable, should be disclosed to the editorial team.
Submitted articles should be original, accurate, useful, and written specifically for TechVash.
As a general guideline:
Feature articles: 1,500–3,500 words
Quick-take analysis: 800–1,200 words
Reviews and testing reports: Length may vary depending on the subject
Word count is less important than providing sufficient depth to properly address the topic.
Contributors are responsible for ensuring that factual claims can be supported by reliable sources. When an article includes testing, benchmarks, original research, screenshots, or other firsthand material, contributors should clearly explain how the information was obtained.
Any compensation, publication terms, or licensing arrangements will be discussed with contributors before publication where applicable.
All submissions must be original work created by the contributor.
Do not submit content copied from another website, publication, press release, or previously published article. If you use information, quotations, data, images, or research from other sources, provide appropriate attribution and source information.
We may edit accepted submissions for accuracy, clarity, structure, style, formatting, and editorial consistency.
TechVash accepts cybersecurity-related contributions, including educational analysis of security threats, vulnerabilities, privacy issues, and defensive practices.
Do not include passwords, private credentials, personal information, proprietary data, or other sensitive material in a standard pitch or submission.
If your submission involves confidential or sensitive information, contact our editorial team first to discuss an appropriate submission method. Do not assume that ordinary email provides anonymity or secure-source protection.
Every submission is subject to editorial review. We consider factors such as:
Relevance to TechVash readers
Originality and usefulness of the proposed topic
Accuracy and supporting evidence
Author knowledge or firsthand experience
Quality of sources and research
Clarity and overall editorial quality
Submitting a pitch does not guarantee acceptance or publication. We may also edit accepted work before publication to meet our editorial standards.
Send your pitch to our editorial team.
Your pitch should include:
Topic and proposed title
The main angle or reader problem you want to address
Why the topic is useful or timely
Original data, testing, research, or sources you plan to use, if applicable
A short author bio
Links to previous work, if available
A pitch of approximately 150–300 words is usually sufficient.
